3. Intellectual Property
Your generated content — captions, hashtags, and scripts generated through ADW Studio belong to you. You are free to use, publish, and monetise any content you create using this Service.
ADW Studio platform — the platform, its code, design, and structure are owned by Alba Digital Wealth. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without express written permission.
Logo and branding — the Alba Digital Wealth logo, ADW Studio name, and all associated branding are protected. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription model — ADW Studio will offer paid subscription plans. Details of pricing and features will be published when subscriptions launch (coming soon).
7-day refund policy — if you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at albadigitalwealth.com. Refund requests made after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
ADW Studio and Alba Digital Wealth are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
